Group classes are lead by a certified instructor. classes will engage the full body and focus on core integration and mindful breathing.

beginner

Designed for clients who are new to practicing on the reformer and are interested in strengthening their foundational skills while building confidence on the machine.

intermediate

designed for clients who have a strong understanding of the pilates principles and are comfortable with the reformer machine. advanced exercises introduced at this level.

sessions focused on mobility and restoration.

independent practice

book an hour of self-lead practice on a reformer. This allows clients to go at their own pace and choose their focus + difficulty for each session.
monitors are available with a robust catalog of video classes for clients to choose from. bring bluetooth headphones to follow along with audio.

Workshops are designed for clients looking for a deeper understanding of the pilates principles and the reformer machine.
each session will include a full practice + explorations of pilates foundations.
