Class types

Group classes are lead by an instructor and are open to all levels of experience on the reformer. classes will engage the full body and focus on core integration and mindful breathing.

independent practice

book an hour of self-lead practice on a reformer. This allows clients to go at their own pace and choose their focus + difficulty for each session.
monitors are available with a robust catalog of video classes for clients to choose from. bring bluetooth headphones to follow along with audio.

Workshop

workshops are designed to offer clients the opportunity to practice pilates and gain a more thorough understanding of the reformer machine through a schedule of 2 sessions per week that follow a progressive program over the course of 4 weeks.
